In our third year, we saw an increase in the number of days when all seats were filled with reservations, and it felt like we were becoming more well-known to more people. In the third year, I've finally managed to solidify the grand menu to a certain extent, and while tweaking the interior and exterior a little, I feel like I've finally created my own style of restaurant (although it's late 😅).
