[Minor Change]
Arancini 🇮🇹
Since many of our customers come in pairs, we thought that four pieces might be a bit too much and difficult for them to order, so we reduced the portion size to two pieces per plate.

Fish & Chips
Fish and chips have been the undisputed No. 1 most popular menu item since the restaurant opened 🇬🇧 (apparently because there aren't many places that serve it 😅)
I recommend eating it British style, with plenty of malt vinegar.
How much is "plenty"? Well, enough to completely cover one slice on a small plate.
"You're putting that much on!?" you might be thinking 🫵 But you won't understand the deliciousness unless you pour this much on! (This is the owner's personal opinion)
We often have customers who become completely hooked on our products, so if you haven't tried them before or haven't used them in the past, give them a go next time you visit.
*Please be careful as the piping hot food served immediately after being prepared can easily cause choking.
The tartar sauce is included as a way to change the flavor or as an extra option for those who don't like vinegar.
For beer, Fuller's 🇬🇧 or Carlsberg 🇩🇰 would be a good match, and for cocktails, a gin and tonic would be nice, so please enjoy them together.

【baguette】
There's nothing particularly special about how we make it, but our homemade baguette is a favorite of all our staff (including those who have graduated) 🥖 (I guess it's a case of "simple is best" 🤔)
Of course, you can dip it in the sauce left on the plate, but it's also fun to put various toppings like roast beef or coronation chicken on it and eat it like an open sandwich 😄
(Taramosalata, coleslaw, salpicon, etc. are also good 👍)
The diagonal cuts create a wide surface, so feel free to add various toppings to your liking.
We can provide butter, olive oil, mustard, etc., upon request, although we will charge a small fee. Please feel free to ask.
Many customers ask for extra baguette with their ajillo, but I also recommend trying the oil sauce left on the plate after you've finished the mussels! 🤤
This was the most popular choice among our staff members who love alcohol.

[Chimay Blue goes well with Boeuf Bourguignon]
Although it's our most expensive item on the menu, we recommend pairing our popular Boeuf Bourguignon 🇫🇷 with Chimay Blue 🇧🇪.
While red wine is often paired with our dishes, our restaurant's red wines 🇸🇰 are easy to drink and delicious, but a little on the light side. So, the owner recommends the richer, fruitier Chimay Blue instead.
It has a 9% alcohol content, so it's quite satisfying to drink! 😚
A glass of wine is 120ml, and a bottle of Chimay Blue is 330ml, so it seems like a good deal price-wise 🤔
To be honest, the owner puts this beer on the menu specifically for this dish, so if you're interested, please give it a try.
If there's any flavorful sauce left on the plate, you can dip some baguette in it for another delicious snack!
If you clean up nicely, it makes the shop owner's dishwashing a little easier! 😁
If you have a big appetite, try the Aligot; it comes with a baguette, making it a very filling set.
